Demo Case#1 is located in Bucharest city, on the administrative territory of its 2nd District. With an area of 138 ha, it covers several dense urban areas, two large parks (Circus Park and Tei Park) and 2 lakes part of the two mentioned parks (Circus Lake and Tei Lake).
