The Metropolitan City of Milan (CMM) coordinates urban planning and infrastructure across Milan and its municipalities. Collaborating with local stakeholders, CMM promotes sustainable development and addresses urban challenges like transportation and environmental conservation. In the project, CMM will implement Alternative Water Resources (AWRs) solutions, integrate water policy into its Urban Agenda, select NBS-WT solutions for monitoring water quantity, quality, amenity, urban heat island, and biodiversity, and conduct awareness activities across the metropolitan area.
